hmmm..interesting please explain your perspective. well i think i should have said : Law and Politics should be independent of each other not above or below.what do you think? anyways, law should be above internal politics because it should be same for every individual, king to beggar.The law should not be manipulated or should not be interepreted for political advantages.Independent Juduciary gurantees the right of the people .Political parties cannot intimidate judge (the law interpreters).
