I have been addicted to public transit for last 6 years and have never owned a car or know anything about it. Now my work requires me to travel and hence I have to find one..I am looking to start with something that is 3-4k.., which runs..No need for fancy things.. PLease provide me a list of things that I need to consider before buying a used car.. thank you
