The moral of Police is so down that they cannot do anything. If they stop some maoist cadres from violanting traffic rules .They don't know whether they would be alive or not . Same Maoist who they were fighting against till yesterday now suddenly becomes their boss.how can you expect police force to do anything correctly.After all they are also humanbeing. It is sad news.Just a another sad incident thats happening in KTM everyday.
