I totally agree with VISHONTAR and would like to add something as well. I admit that the king missed out such a big oppertunity to save this country and at the same time be a national hero. However I donot blame him for the corruption and killings during his period. If there is one thing that I blame him for is for not being able to manage and know the true picture of the people he chose. However we people are also to be blamed for what happened during the king's rule. We never believed on him and gave him the three years that he had asked for. Rather, we demonstrated against him from the begining and most of his efforts and time during his rule were spent to keep the people calm. He could never peacefully think for the proper governance of the country. I will be more than happy if the ministers during the king's rule are punished as per the Rayamajhi committee's report. But at the same time, the responsible ministers of the current government shall also be punished on the same ground because I dont see any difference on what the royal ministers did and what todays so called "Republic Government" did during the terai unrest and has been doing. Talking about the probe committee and the punishment, I believe that the committee and the recent report it disclosed against the members and employees of RCCC (Shahi Aayog) is the worst and the most shameful committee and report in the history of any country that has been struggling for one simple reason, "Corruption". I think that it was the only institution that did something good during the king's rule. In the end, to say something about maoists: Almost all of us have always believed that no matter how much you tame and domesticate a junglee animal, it will never be truely yours and always remain junglee. It will always be looking for one chance to strike on you for bringing them out of the jungle and trying to tame and civilize it. The same is the case with our junglee maoists. Jai Nepal.
