spideylgp Yeah...it is very clear that one might get fairly reasonable treatment AFTER an arrest and we all know that. I'm not talking about what happens AFTER someone is arrested by a law enforcement agency. I'm talking if violence, terror or intimidation is ever used or not IN THE PROCESS of an arrest of any individual who is NOT voluntairily submitting to an arrest regardless of the fact that someone is treated fairly after the arrest. Violence, terror and intimidation is used to any suspect who is resisting arrest. I'm NOT asking to justify the use of violence, terror and intimidation. I'm simply acknowleding the fact that violence, terror and intimidation is used no matter if it a legit or non-legit purposes. Same applies to the armed forces as well. Violence, terror and intimidation is applied to an opponent which refuses to yield.
