She already knows the company you are working at and the job you are doing and the persons at your work places, so tell her some new things that has happened, changes that have occurred after she left. If nothing has happened then just spit out some bull sh*t stories that sounds funny. Ask her if she wants to get together for some coffee or so for old times sake, and you would very much like to hear about her new job, girls love talking a lot, only thing you have to do is listen and they will love you for that.
