Girija pointed out that there are many things to change in the interim constitution from Biratnagar. But nobody listened him. When the interim constitution was tabled in the parliament on Magh 1, there were many many complains to amend it in the parliament. But they later by their own decision passed it UNANIMOUSLY. I do not see Girija's fault in this case. It is rather Prachanda's stand that it should be promulgated soon. Hatpat ko kaam latpat, due to Prachanda. Since it is his failure in this case, Prachanda is barking of using JanaMilitia. Funny.
