Who is Upendra Devkota ? Why people consider him as somebody? So far, I have not heard or read about any of his significant contribution towards Nepal and Nepalese Society. Of course, his acquired lavish life style within a short period of time has been the talk of the town, no doubt. If being a Neurosurgeon from Royal College of Neurologists or whatever puts him in the list , then there are many who should make it to this list. ( In Nepal, it is better to check the publishing house and the publisher's background before judging the stuff printed out on their publications)
