Well you better talk to your employer cause last year H1 B quotas for masters and PhD's (20000 extras) went out on (around) July 27th, (which might be even sooner this year). So, you better start looking for an employer who would be ready to file you in April, (though you won’t be starting till Sept). Now that’s pretty desperate.
