Sayami, Here is my recipe for dhedo.... (seriously) Ingredients: 1. corn flour You can find that at your local grocery store.... Maybe GOYA brand corn flour. 2. butter 3. water Procedure: Put some butter in the pot and pour corn flour on it. sutee the four for about 3-5 mins and add water. 4 cups of water for 2 cups of flour. lower the heat and stir. Keep on stirring for about next 20-30 minus until the four soaks all the water and the pot is dry. Make sure you keep on stirring. Otherwise dhedo doesn't turnout good. Now make some saag ko jhol. (If you are in US, you can use Collard greens, which is readily available in stores or raayo ko saag from chinese store would be awesome) Enjoy!!!!!
