Jaulo--
Heat some oil in a pot and when oil is hot put methi ko dana when methi is brown put that socked rice and some besar to give it a nice color add some salt and stir it for about a minute or two and add some hot water and bring it to boil and let it simmer until the rice is very soft cooked.
Note--- If you are cooking one cup of rice add three cups of water or you can also use chicken broth to cook jaulo. it will be taste better with chicken broth.
