You don't go out. You just need to take rest and drink lots of Fluid( water, soup etc) and citric fruits/vit c. If you are having fever then take anti pyretics one tab but don't take more than 4 tabs with in 24 hours. Also you can take Benydryl at night will make you sleep and also get ride with allergies. ut
