Elpida............donot ask any suggestion.......just relax drink only hot water as much as you can..........no honey etc.........it takes a week for you to get recovered........if the symptoms are irresistible then take some symptomatic treatments like analgesics , antipyretics or decongestants.........if cough.....take cough syrup......... you donot have to restrict foods..........eat anything that you want even ice creams.......donot forget to drink liters of hot water.............GET WELL SOON
