Make sure that you are not in conditional GC,if you are, u better file as a battered spouse that is I-360. Or else, you are safe. If u are in condition, file I-751 to remove the conditions on it. Do not post threads like this that you married for GC, u can end up in jail and then get deported if you disclose that u got married for GC, and u will be barred from any imm. relief.
