It is a pagan ritual in which group of people gather around in a circle with candle in the middle and invoke spirits. This being a modern style seance, they have a telephone ready in case the spirit is too lazy to drop by in person and may prefer just to do guffsuff over the phone. Also, it seems these brilliant entrepreneurs are planning to dupe the spirit into buying their services - graphic design, photocopy, book binding, lamination, fax, recharge card. Good customers, after all, are hard to find in all realms.
