Thanks biggysmall bro. I actually already talked to my current employer about the H1 craap and found out they don't do it. So my only choice is to either work for them for 1 year and do masters or look for some company that will sponsor an H1 for me. I am near the Chicago area so was looking for something near that area if I have to work for a consulting company.
