I didn't know Ishwor Gurung had passed away until 1997. He taught us optional math in class 10, was a good teacher. I used to meet him quite often in the Kupondole area roads for the first couple of years after SLC. I was in Bhanu Bhakta for only class 9 and 10, so do not have as many memories to share as many of you do. Some of the other teachers I can recall are: Sukdev Neupane: good math teacher but often too sarcastic Birendra Bhandari (mathematics) Krishna Prasad Ghimire (Nepali) Dilip Nakarmi (English) Sunil KC aka Gandhi (Science): Must be my favorite teacher..can not forget his "terimaa swaanth" followed by a duster beating on each hand if students failed to answer questions.
