Bank of Bangla is Nepali people's money ? Hmmm... did not know that. If it was Nepal Rastra Bank(nepli govt's treasury) then its one thing. But if its against someone like INDO-SUEZ, Barkleys etc etc then its between the Bank and the Individual. And if he forfeits in the loan then whatever he put in colateral will be gone. But if nothing happened then its the Banks problem to retrieve the money not ours.
