From what I hear, If you have won extremely extremely extremely prestigious international award like Nobel Prize, then you qualify for EB1. If you fall under the National Interest category - doing cutting edge research on relevant scientific field - or you have advanced degree, such as PhD, in scientific field and your employer is sponsoring you, or if you are an executive of an international organization, then you qualify for EB2. Rest qualify for EB3. Am I right?
