The person who places the last coin (when there is no space left anywhere on the table), wins the game. so be the last person to place the coin (wait everybody to have their coins placed and take a chance to place your coin as soon as you see there is just a single space to place your coin) and I WIN!!!!!!!!!!!! but coins over the bigger circle never occupies a complete space on the circle (lets say table) there will be atleast some space available on the table though not to fit the coin in. The person who places the last coin (when there is no space left anywhere on the table), wins the game. this might create another confusion because how can you place a coin on the table when there is no space so be the last one to put the last coin over the heap on the table.
