Testestoron in US and other nations are diverted, used properly for betterment of the society, they're controlled, inspected and there's survelliance by law, order and justice. In any case, the kids are taught are not to grow up like that and it's NOT funny at all to the other guy in the car had it been in this society. It's gay. So guys who come here looses their balls infront of a cop and if they do it away from the cop, somebody will call the cop without them even knowing who. It doesn't matter whether it's the President's ball or the most richest man's ball, the cop doesn't suffer any consequences for doing the right thing, unlike Nepal.
