Bichara sunkoshi.. If submitted documents dont match with original one, school can cancel I 20. I am not sure about bad english because they have english classes for those who have poor english. Most japanese, chinese take such classes, why not a nepali guy can take? I have seen a lot of nepalese taking such classes who have really low toefl score.
