My point is: its injustice to poor people who live in remote areas, they have to pay a huge debt incurred by such big projects. Of course, poor people belong to the same country. Its not a matter of Kathmanduties or people out of Kathmandu. Be careful! Nepal is only one. Its just a tendency of our all governments in Nepal. This kind of system should be improved immediately. Melamchi is one example.
