1. cut 4 tomatoes into quarters 2. grind garlic (2 pcs) with mortar. 3. Chop green onions, chillies, and corriander 4. Heat the pan. Put oil 5. fry chopped green onions, chilies and garlic along with ginger paste in medium heat 6. after a minute, add tomatoes, turmeric powder, salt and stir for a while 7. let it simmer for couple of minutes 8. stir again and add some water, if needed, and cover with lid and keep it in medium heat for 4 minutes 9. see if tomatoes are cooked well or not. 10. after you find it's cooked, add coriander and then serve
