gorilla, you do hava a lot of hotel, they now even have electricity so no need to worry. once you are there why dont you take one or two more days to go to ghorepani through tadapani, you will have one of the majestic sunrise view from poonhill (3200m)and you will be more closer to mountains (annapurna range) than from ghandruk , if the weather favours you.You can then return back through tatopani, beni. you can take a bus or a cab from beni to pokhara, in tatopani, you can have a hotspring bath (a very natural one). throughout the route you will get well facilitated hotels, restaurants and whatever .... have a great trek and hope you have good muscles.
