just for you dude ....................Bhoj is still goin on In marriges........mordern prarties make it easier for people to plan and feed a whole lot more guests ......dont talk about traditions and culture here ............why not bring back the SATI.........plates and knives are used instead of hand and big leaves. even if the cutlery has changed...the food is the same......the drinks are the same..............so dont imply that the mordenization is not for the Newars and other people in Nepal.........Culture is not lost because the menu is still the same the spices are still the same and the language and atmosphere is still the same....it just has a little mordern kick to it to adapt to the changes around.........................GET IT
