I think only way out of present disproportional grab of power is through equal opportunity to quality and high level of education to all - it is not through quotas as most people think. I am not for quota, I was not for quota and I will never be for quota. It is just the politicians BS. It will take long time to incorporate all kinds of people but it will be the best one for everyone. without education no one is good even for him/herself. I think america is racist too. See there are too many Jews in power. way more than there proportion of population. Isn't it?
