lovenepalalways!!! u are wrong; The kanuni kitabkhana does it!! It is at babarmahak in the street in opposite direction of sadak bibhaag! They used to charge 200 to 300 according to type of paper. The ministry of foreign affairs then attests the translated paper!!!charges around 200 per paper I think..exactly don't remember..:S
