Bodega, I was not comparing Mr Basneyat to Enron Exec. But I was comparing your regular neighbourhood thug to an exec. thug. I mean a thug is a thug regardless of whether its an exec thug or a street thug. SOLICITING A MINOR ONLINE IS A CRIME, THAT WHY IS ASS IS IN JAIL(he was not just on the process of comiting, given time who knows ..he just might have acted upon it. By then it will be too late for law enforcement to prevent it right ?). Some of the guys keep talking as if he had not done anything here(like there was no sex act commited). BUT SOLICITING A MINOR FOR SEX EVEN IF ITS JUST TALKING ABOUT IT IS ALREADY A CRIME HERE. Thats why he is in jail. ONCE AGAIN HIS SOCIAL STATUS OR HIS EDUCATION IS STILL IRREVALENT TO THE CRIME.
