Just because he went to school, and this was his first offence ...you mean to say that he deserves better treatment than Maaak or Chaaalie from the neighbourhood collecting protection money ? After the court looks at the case he will be prosecuted according to that particular State's judicial system. I mean that is for them to decide. Not me or you.
