It seems like we have not heard other side's (Mr. Basnyat) statement yet. Since this initiative began in July 2003, ICE agents have arrested more than 6,900 individuals nationwide, including more than 340 in Illinois.ICE has intensified its effort hunting hunting nonimmigrants" I wonder if Mr. Basnyat also became a one of ICS's deleberate hunt. It is interesting to find that from the same university, there were other two international students arrested before (Mexican and Indian). Is it just a coincidence or something else...?
