Raazstone, I agree with you with the Nepali's way of looking things. If I'm not wrong, there was the "intention" but the "act" has not been committed yet. So according to the law here, it's still enough for him to be charged for crime, but it's nothing serious if he gets a good lawyer. Like some of you folks said, he sould not be regarded or be treated as a monster just for having written a bunch of nasty word infront of the computer. Trust me, lots of people have fantasies like that; we just don't show them and become stupid like Mr. Basnet. He's not the first one from Nepal and will not be the last one.
