Bathroomcoffee I also stayed in India for 8 years, never had a issue . Initially they try to say things like the Buddha , Sita being born in India and all that nonsense but you should try to tell them logically and they do understand it. If they donot want to accept it then that is their ignorance. I made some wonderful friends there. So it basically depends on how you carry yourself like you said. Talking about Hindi films potraying us that way isnt it ironical that we say that and still watch hindi films and listen to Hindi music. It has become so bad that now a days even Nepali songs sound like Hindi music to an extent that they are using hindi words in Nepali songs. No offence but Even few days back people are asking to translate someting written in Nepali to English. If we dont respect out language our music or whatever is ours then everyone will step on us making us feel inferior. Just my 2 cents.
