It is very important in New Costitution that .... Every Nepalese Tribes and indigenous people must have true democratic civil rights and equal rights on (1) Education (2) Government Employment (3) Social status and Citizenship. In the past 6 decades, They were suppressed by Bahun and Chettris in every sectors. therefore Democracy was not successful in Nepal.
