Nice start, layout not consistent across the board. work on color and layout.. too congested.... Too much advertisement. Use AddRotator instead... Broken Links. Use 404 Error handler to gracefully handle broken links.. Use more dull and light colors instead of bright and unreadable colors.. And please fix the unicode so that it works on firefox too....
