Probably to sell to medical colleges. Or, maybe to make some souvenir item out of them and sell at high price. People, tourists, probably pay lot of money for weird stuff, especially if it is made from human skull. Or, to sell to a drama company that is doing Shakespeare's Hamlet, "... to be or not to be..."
