If Gyane, as chairman of the council of ministers, is responsible for all the atrocities committed during the Aandolan, both Girija and Sher Bdr. should also be responsible for all the corruption their ministers have done during their premierships. Both Girija and Sher Bdr. should face prison time along with their buddies.
