Our roommate is moving and we want you! A couple,both students and work full time, who has lived in the apartment for 2 years, is looking for 1 clean person (preferably female) or couple to take the second room in a spacious 2 bedroom apartment in a large victorian house in the winter hill section of somerville. The rent is $500 per month in cash. Move in cost is 1st and last month rent (total=$1000). You would be on a month to month basis. The apartment itself is fully furnished (except bedroom), it has a formal living room, front and back porch, fridges etc. There is on street parking, a laundry in the building, and easy access to shopping and public transportation. Utilities are usually $50-60 a month with heat and hot water. There is wireless DSL access and cable and if you decide to use them, help in paying would be appreciated. We are looking for a laid back person who is responsible and pays their bills on time without me having to ask a bunch of times. Someone who will help maintain common areas and share in common goods such a paper towels, and tp. We are looking for a quiet person who doesn't have a lot of loud late nights.
