jivmangurung dude i suggest your friend to apply for admission into some US.University for B.sc in Nursing. Then apply for F-1 Visa to come to USA. After enrolling in the university for 1 semester, transfer to Kaplan College where your friend can do her NCLEX-RN examination from that state. Once passed, applied for work. best of luck
