The other concern raised by you earlier is the matter of "fair trial". In vast majority of the time anywhere around the world the victims of unfair trials in criminal cases are the defendents NOT procecution..regardless of the fact if the defendents have actually committed the crime or not....for a simple fact..it's the procecution that first brings charges against the defence in the first place...so there is an overwhelming pressure on procecution to prove their case by any means...and many times, unfair trial is just another short-cut way to convict the defendent. The chances of defendents getting unfair trials in any criminal cases increase exponentially in undemocratic countries with unfair and non-transparent legal system...such as in dictatorship regimes. So it is rather fuuny to claim that the procecution got unfair trail...it's like saying the tiger got attacked and eaten by a sheep.
