Since diplomacy failed to resolve the Maoist crisis during the talks between the 'haunters' (the Maoists) and 'the haunted '(Constitutional Monarch, Girija and his succession of anticipatedly precarious 'yehi-mauko-ho' PMs ) failed because the latter were too nervous of the imminent demolition of hierarchical structure of propaganda, corruption, and calculated blood-sucking mechanism that took them over two hundred years to devise.
