Even in Tibetan language there is huge difference between how aristocrat Tibetans talk vs. the common mass. Ask any knowledgeable Tibetan person. Also this is seen in Chinese culture. They have various tones according to their perspective regions like Cantonese, Mandarin, Hakka etc., and then their aristocrats have their own way of speaking.
