I think the answer is - they are going to put these new kids in the cantonments instead of real maoists and the real ones will be freely waling around in the neighborhoods... the UN and the rest of the nations should be careful.. This is a war tactic - and a very serious one..don't be fooled by the peace signature!!! Do you object my knowledge?????
