Bibas100, Lets say you're an employee in a govt. office and you make Rs 10,000 a month, you've 2 kids goes to school and a wife works part time and makes Rs 5000 and you all live in Kathmandu. Do you think you can raise you family with Rs 15,000 a month - this situation makes you corrupt. Two rising powers of the world China and India have corruption too but still they're developing. Development is possible under corruption too but you have to have - PEACE AND STABILITY..........!!
