Zen is definately not customer friendly. After shopping around for a week, I came to a conclusion that Travel President is has reasonable prices and excellent customer support. I got the airfare for around $1300 from them, (Gulf air, For Feb07). In addtion, there is no extra charge to change the dates even after the tickets are purchased where as other travel agents informed that the date change would cost some where from $50- $150. If you havent yet purchased a ticket, i would suggest to talk to Travel President (Shambhu Shrestha)
