Jayamadi ji, Your situation is not so easy one. You have couple of option. 1. Try to apply new petion through you, which will take several years, and i mean anywhere between 3-5 years. 2. You will be eligible to apply for US citizenship after 4 year 9 months from the date you got your green card. Then you can go back and bring her here. However, I heard something regarding some double standard issues for the people with DV green cards. Just to be clear, contact your local "Immigration and Naturalization Service" office. Don't ask them how you can bring your wife here. Ask them how/when will you be able to apply for citizenship. Good luck, SS
