They will however interview your spouse in your presence, but it will be much more comfortable than the one that will conduct by Rastya Anushandhan. Just have all your documents like Affidavit of Support, tax return for previsous 3 years, and if possible but not necessary, letter from your employer that you work for them (full/part time) as "blah blah" position. Thats it. BTW, i forgot to tell you one more thing. Actually before you start any process from CDO, you will need to get a "No Oblijection Letter" from American Embassy", which CDO needs. Its just saying that US gov. has no objection on your marriage and you don't have any unresolved marriage in the US. Good luck, SS
