Cecil Ji, its was not days walk to go to biruwa bazaar even then, it was only 3 to 4 hours walk from syangja/Rankhola. now u can go by Jeep. Yes, the event is still there, twice a year holi purnima and 15 days after that. you reminded so much about the event.
