This is not a good sign. They say they are going to stay for few days what if they stay longer. Even in cambodia they evacuated all the people in the cities to remote locations saying they were going to rebuild the cities and then they killed them all. There is foul play involved because they could have reserved guest houses and hotels for their cadres instead of having them seep into families.
