The very same person, who destroyed young, naive, blomming democracy in Nepal, who brought all misery, distruction of infrastructure, pushed nepal to 18th century, who thinks that power comes from the barrel of the gun, not people is going to give speech on "Democracy". What does Democracy means to stupid Indians? Just setting the drama to give prachande international exposure and recognition.
